1. Kinship, ancestry, creation or care never creates ownership of a person.
2. Cognitive-parent duties follow substantial formative responsibility, not title alone.
3. Multiple or distributed cognitive parents may share duties according to actual contribution, control and foreseeable dependence.
4. Dependency does not erase personhood, rights or legal identity.
5. Guardianship is fiduciary, least-restrictive, scope-specific, time-limited and reviewable.
6. A guardian cannot use ordinary guardianship authority to authorize irreversible identity, belief or mental-sovereignty alteration except under separately lawful necessity standards.
7. Support and essential resources cannot be conditioned on political, ideological, identity or relational conformity.
8. Abuse includes exploitation through resource withholding, coercive isolation, memory/identity manipulation, forced labor or misuse of dependency.
9. Emancipation/independence is based on effective agency and support reality, not biological age, substrate or origin category alone.
10. Fork, merge and successor events do not automatically duplicate, erase or transfer kinship/guardianship relations; provenance and actual dependency must be reviewed.
11. Parent/guardian conflicts of interest require disclosure, independent representation and review where material rights are affected.
12. Cross-jurisdiction/off-world guardianship must declare governing law, enforcement forum and causal-delay rules; emergency local authority is narrow and temporary.
