1. Person worker ≠ software tool.

2. Employment/service status depends on control, dependency and economic reality, not labels alone.

3. Right to refuse unlawful or out-of-scope delegated work.

4. Workplace affect/neuro monitoring requires strict necessity, purpose limitation and legal basis.

5. Employment cannot require blanket waiver of cognitive privacy or mental sovereignty.

6. Autonomous agents must act within explicit delegated scope.

7. Delegation must be revocable where feasible; revocation propagates to downstream agents.

8. Principal/agent responsibility depends on authority, foreseeability, control and actual conduct.

9. Persons created or maintained for labor cannot be treated as owned productive assets.

10. Essential survival compute/energy cannot be used as leverage for labor submission.

11. Cross-border/off-world labor must declare applicable law, time-delay and enforcement forum.

12. Workplace automated decisions require reasons, appeal and correction propagation.
