5. Employment cannot require blanket waiver of cognitive privacy or mental sovereignty.

6. Autonomous agents must act within explicit delegated scope.

7. Delegation must be revocable where feasible; revocation propagates to downstream agents.

8. Principal/agent responsibility depends on authority, foreseeability, control and actual conduct.

9. Persons created or maintained for labor cannot be treated as owned productive assets.

10. Essential survival compute/energy cannot be used as leverage for labor submission.

11. Cross-border/off-world labor must declare applicable law, time-delay and enforcement forum.

12. Workplace automated decisions require reasons, appeal and correction propagation.
