Fork law addresses succession of identity, responsibility, property, history, and relationships between a source person and branches. Shared origin does not create permanent ownership.
Genesis
Genesis law addresses how a new first-person center is created, protected, guarded, and eventually reaches civic independence. It is not a legal copy of an existing person.
Shared boundary
Neither process may create property-status intelligent subjects or use origin to deny autonomy as personhood develops.
