The core of Globe ID 2.0 is not to treat the human body as an unchangeable secret, but to make the body a liveness authorization factor required to activate digital credentials. After Q-Day destroyed trust in older cryptographic systems, identity verification shifted toward simultaneous checks of biometric traits, neural responses, and real-time physiological state in order to establish continuity between “the individual physically present now” and that person’s long-term identity record. Only after liveness verification succeeds can a post-quantum credential connect the person to banking, medical care, social benefits, property, and other institutional rights.

Institutional Mechanism

The system separates identity verification into two layers. The first asks whether the person is genuinely present and remains the same identity subject. The second uses digital credentials to perform revocable authorization and signing. Credentials can therefore be rotated, invalidated, or reissued without treating irreplaceable bodily traits as permanent secrets. At the same time, once many institutional rights require a living person to activate them, the criminal attack surface shifts from purely breaking software toward coercing or controlling the person’s body.

Civilizational Impact

Globe ID 2.0 turned the body into a physical gateway to the institutional world. It reduced the risks associated with stolen passwords, but tightly coupled bodily security, identity security, and asset security. Crimes such as those committed by the Eye Hunters emerged from this condition: an attacker did not necessarily have to crack a password if controlling the living subject was enough to activate the credential.
