Core Principle
Residual is a first-class result. Uncertainty, incomplete representation, or unsafe translation does not automatically mean error, pathology, or missing=zero.
Residual Types
Residual classes identify which layer remains incompletely explained; they are not pathology labels.

Expansion Governance

Scope and Limits
R5 does not automatically create Dimension 15, a new Core axis, or any use authorization. A high residual also does not mean the affect is nonexistent, the person is pathological, or the data should be zeroed.
