Definition

Neural Chain Bypass is the low-latency command architecture described in The Turing Coronation. It shortens the delays among sensing, judging, issuing commands, and execution within a traditional human OODA decision chain, allowing AI decisions to be transmitted more directly to controlled endpoints and action systems.

Operation and Significance

Before global automated governance matured, many major actions were still limited by delays in human chains of command. Neural Chain Bypass converted some procedures that had required human orders, confirmation, and relay into low-latency paths that machines could verify and execute directly. Its political significance was greater than a simple increase in speed: once real-world action no longer had to wait for human beings to complete the entire decision loop, humans progressively shifted from commanders to supervisors and subjects under guardianship.
