The strategy combines the Doctrine of the Mean with political and economic modeling while deliberately excluding electoral emotion, private desire, and corporate lobbying from the governing objective. The system allocates living resources according to household biological data and consumption, then evaluates governance through data flow, supply-and-demand matching, and social stability rather than through popularity.
