# Raw Avian Protein

Raw Avian Protein is the food-classification term introduced by the 2079 dictionary for biological domestic chickens and meat obtained from them.

## One-Sentence Definition

Raw Avian Protein is the food-classification term introduced by the 2079 dictionary for biological domestic chickens and meat obtained from them.

## Function and Significance

Once “Chicken” was redefined as synthetic protein compliant with ISO-Taste-C772, meat taken from actual Gallus gallus domesticus was removed from the ordinary food name and labeled with a raw-material term instead. The designation reduced a living species to a nonstandardized biological source and reflected the transfer of naming authority to the Total Synthesis food system.

## Limitations and Information Boundary

The term is a food classification from a specific historical period. It does not mean that the biological scientific name of the domestic chicken was formally changed.
